*Important Notice*
Please do not request an appointment online if you are planning 3-4 people to show up at the same time for the appointment. We are in challenge finding qualified massage therapists to provide services. If you book an appointment and do not show up for the appointment after having been confirmed by Ohana Bali Spa for your appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Reservations
We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure preferred treatment or therapist availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To make a reservation call (808)343-4629

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before appointment time, if you arrive too early we may currently be in in a session and the front door will be locked.

Cancellation Policy
Many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service for these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue we require a 24 hour notice for changes, rescheduling or cancellations. The full price of your service(s) 100% will be charged for all late cancellations or no shows. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a spa service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience other guests.
