We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure preferred treatment or therapist availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To make a reservation call (808)343-4629
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before appointment time, if you arrive too early we may currently be in in a session and the front door will be locked.
Cancellation Policy
Many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service for these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue we require 4 hours notice for changes, rescheduling or cancellations. The full price of your service(s) 100% will be charged for all late cancellations or no shows. 50% charge for less than 4 hours notice. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a spa service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience other guests.

COVID-19 UPDATE: According to CDC guidelines ,Workstations must be spaced to enforce social distancing practices of 6ft between guests and/or maintain a separate space. When guests arrive at their appointment they will be asked to wait outside Upon entry the guest will be notified their treatment room is ready, cleaned and sanitized. The service provider:guest ratio will be 1:1.
